"Ring Around the Rosy" was my first book, published in 2017. I ordered 'white' paper instead of 'creme', and have gone with the latter since. It looks nicer. "Astoria Strange" followed less than a year later. The top four are my fictions, including "The Files of Milky Dent," attributed to Mr. Milky himself, though, truth be told, it was me all along. I did give myself credit for the forward. There's something about "Milky" I love differently than the others.
I've published five books of poetry, and a couple of what I generously call 'non-fiction.' You could decide. Included here are back covers, reviews, and sundry this's and that's as well.

First "It's Like This" review -- "Just finished the first chapter, “Home Is Where The Rat Is”, marvelous. Strong “The Secret of Nimh” vibes, very interesting and cool narrative voice, quite the adventure packed into around 30 pages. Really dug it, looking forward to pressing forward in the book. You’re a great writer Buddy. Glad to own this book." -- Robin
"When I saw that this book ("Rosy") takes place in an area where I spent my childhood, I thought it might be fun to read a story with familiar settings. And it was....I even recognized some of the characters as representative of actual people in the town i.e. Marty Kobrin:-). And as I began reading, I thought to myself-Oh-a story for young adults. But I was wrong.....it's so much more than that. It's an adult book with adult themes that uses children as the main characters. The book forces you to think beyond the storyline. What about the environment? Could this really happen and if so, what can I do to prevent it? It makes you confront our stereotypes of people with disabilities and their limitations-oh wait-do they REALLY have any?But most of all, it's a message full of HOPE. It shows the resiliency of the human spirit, and offers us the idea that if we never give up and if we never stop believing, can "miracles" truly happen for each and every one of us? It's a great read!" -- Butch
"I read 'Home Is Where the Rat Is' ("It's Like This") and wrote a little about it this morning and the deep lessons behind it. The story makes me see your quote - 'The willingness not to flee' - in a whole new light. Action packed story of unlikely friendship that helps dissipate one's fears." -- Zack

"This ("Astoria Strange") was a great read, especially for those who lean to the "strange". This is really 11 stories that share common threads and characters. As you might guess strange things happen in Astoria. A local reporter and a merry band of local protectors. You will have to suspend reality here and there but eccentric artists, homeless heroes, even a local police officer... often see reality shifting anyways.
The mantra of the group is to do no harm to the innocent but ready to confront the black magic lurking in Astoria. I thought the author did a great job balancing the many characters...was especially good at fore boding and refreshing the slate so that never lost.... Character development was particularly strong
In the end our reporter guide is called into the office but not to be called under the carpet but one would think as he mused the following "I had to wonder what this was going to be about" Well here is the real test I the faithful reader wondered the same thing...we wanted more" -- Anonymous on Amazon
"This ("Astoria Strange") was an amazing book filled with 11 stories of intrigue, mystery and wonder! The author did a wonderful job writing each and every story. I would definitely recommend this book. - Kindle customer
